Google Gemini AI

• Purpose: Generates AI-powered insights about locations
• Data Shared: GPS coordinates and location names only when AI Insights feature is enabled

Firebase (Google)

• Purpose: Cloud database for global leaderboard
• Data Shared: Maximum speed and anonymous device identifier

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

• Data Collected: Advertising ID, device information, and usage data

Local Storage

• All location data and journey history are stored locally on your device

• You can delete all data at any time through the App settings

Cloud Storage

• Only anonymous maximum speed data is stored on Firebase only when you are using the app and checking speed. When app closed data will be removed from cloud.
• No personally identifiable information is transmitted to our servers

Security Measures

• Secure API key storage using platform-specific secure storage
• No collection of personal information (name, email, phone number)
• No user accounts required

Your Privacy Choices

AI Insights

• AI Insights feature can be disabled in App settings
• When disabled, no location data is sent to Google Gemini

Data Deletion

• Clear all journey history through App settings → Data Management → Clear All Journey Data
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data

Advertising

• You can reset your advertising ID through device settings
• Opt out of personalized ads through device settings (Android/iOS)

Children's Privacy

AiMySpeed is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Location Data and Battery Usage

Data Retention

• Local Data: Retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app
• Firebase Data: Anonymous speed records are removed when app is closed.
